Cold Electricity or Cosmic Rays of Tesla's 1931 Pierce Arrow Top Secret ProjectThe following comment by Steve Elswick was written in response to an article that Sterling Allan composed by request regarding Tilley's technology. The article will appear in the Apr/May/June of ExtraOrdinary Technology magazine published by TeslaTech. The statement that spurred the reply reads as follows:

Dear Sterling, [...] The article looks great. I'll be doing layout of it tonight and email a pdf after I'm done so you can proof it. This article could not be more perfect for this issue as it covers cold electricity.... actually cosmic rays because it sounds like it falls in the Bedini, Gray and Kipper class of motors. By the way, I helped build a Kipper motor and we got 30A from a 3A input (12V across the board). But we had mechanical difficulties and as we were making repairs we a had a visit from an agent provacateur from the other side of the country. Things got downright weird after that and I haven't had time to pursue it since. One thing I noticed though, the bigger the load, the better it ran. It almost needs a dead battery to start the demand... it may be that Tilley NEEDS the load to perform.... NO DEMAND... NO SUPPLY RELEASED! A mechanical analog can be found in the GEET device. To start you have to allow air into the engine normally. Afterwards, when it is hot, the air supply has to be cut completely off for it to run! .... Interesting? After the Kipper motor experience, I became a believer in cold electricity, and believe there are a number of ways to induce it. The article I have written on the Tesla inadvertently clued me on a couple of things to try on the Kipper motor. Steve See also
